Marnee Smith – Lead Instructor – With Marnee’s 18 years of EMS experience and 11 years as an instructor she brings a depth of experience that she uses to assist students with their education needs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Health Services from the University of Texas, San Antonio and is a Licensed Paramedic. She is also certified in firefighting, Critical Care, Advanced Coordinator, Infection Control Officer, and CISM for groups and individual crisis. Marnee’s passion is educating the public in First Aid, CPR, and EMS education. She mentors students and provides different learning methods to give them the best foundation for their EMS careers. Her free time is spent with her husband, children, and many grand-children.

Charles Martindale - With 21 years of EMS experience, Charles brings a wealth of knowledge to assist students in their journey, from student to EMS professionals.  Charles is driven by seeing the students' eagerness to learn and their drive to help others. He wants to ensure that there are future generations of EMS professionals to fulfill the needs of communities. Students have said that Charles is very patient with them, and his years of experience make him a fun instructor. In his free time, Charles loves to spend time with his family, friends and is an avid outdoorsman.
